Event organiser terms and conditions
Class important information:

Demonstration class, where participants can ask questions and get guidance and feedback from the pitmaster, invited to interact with the chef.

Refunds/ cancellations policy:
All BBQ class bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that emergencies can arise. In such cases, we offer the following options:

Ticket Transfer:
If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person. To arrange a transfer, please email us at least 2 days before the class, and we will confirm the change.

Rescheduling:
If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule your class up to 7 days before the scheduled date. We will help you rebook for a future class within 3 months of the original date.
