I've been on the hunt for a new BBQ for my backyard for quite some time, and after visiting multiple stores, I finally found the perfect one here. This BBQ store really stood out to me. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand what I was looking for. They made me feel at ease and guided me through the different options without any pressure. The selection was impressive, they have the top of the range to choose from with Webber which is what i wanted. I appreciated their honest recommendations, which made it easy to find a BBQ that fit my needs and budget. I walked away not only BBQ and a whole bunch of Yeti gear but also with alot of new tips that I can't wait to try out. Overall, I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality BBQs and excellent customer service. It was a great experience from start to finish! Will definitely be getting my upgrade from here 😊

I would highly reccomend The Outdoor Chef to anyone who wants good genuine service. This is a one stop Bbq shop. Top quality products and the staff are helpful and go the extra mile to make sure you get the best service possible. I drive a long way to get there and have no problems due to the high quality of service wich is very hard to find!! Top shop and awesome service!!!

Visited the Osborne park store today for the first time. Was severed by the new owner of the business, he’s was extremely knowledgeable about the products. Who better to purchase cooking products from than an authentic Italian chef, will be making all my outdoor kitchen purchases here from now on. Can’t wait to come back for the live cooking demonstrations they have planned.

The gents in here could not have been more helpful! Super knowledgeable even though I knew what I was after. Couldnt have been more attentive and provided brilliant service. Will be returning for all my Weber needs in the future!
