Participating Stores: The Outdoor Chef – Osborne Park & Joondalup, Western Australia
1. Promotion Overview
For one weekend only, The Outdoor Chef is offering 10% off eligible products storewide at its Osborne Park and Joondalup locations.
Customers can enjoy savings across a wide range of barbecues, pizza ovens, YETI products, outdoor cooking equipment, accessories and more, subject to the exclusions and conditions outlined below.
2. Promotional Period and Locations
2.1. The promotion is valid exclusively on Saturday 7 November and Sunday 8 November 2026, during normal trading hours at participating stores.
2.2. The promotion is available in-store only at The Outdoor Chef Osborne Park and Joondalup locations in Western Australia.
2.3. Purchases made before or after the promotional period are not eligible for the discount. No extensions or exceptions to the advertised promotional dates will be offered.
3. Eligible Products and Exclusions
3.1. Customers will receive 10% off the regular selling price of eligible products purchased during the promotional period.
3.2. Complete Outdoor Kitchens, including cabinetry, benchtops, structural components and other kitchen components, are excluded from the promotion.
3.3. Selected appliances purchased as part of an Outdoor Kitchen order may qualify for the 10% discount under the specific conditions outlined in Section 4.
3.4. Products already discounted, on sale or clearance are excluded from the additional 10% discount.
3.5. The promotional discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, special offers or coupons.
4. Outdoor Kitchen Appliance Offer
4.1. Although complete Outdoor Kitchens are excluded from the promotion, the following appliances purchased as part of an Outdoor Kitchen order are eligible for the 10% discount:
- Barbecues
- Bar fridges
- Wok burners
- Beer kegerators
- Rangehoods
4.2. These are the only appliances or components purchased as part of an Outdoor Kitchen order that qualify for the promotional discount.
4.3. To receive the 10% discount on eligible appliances, customers must place their Outdoor Kitchen order and pay the standard 30% deposit on the total Outdoor Kitchen order during the promotional period of 7–8 November 2026.
4.4. The standard 30% deposit requirement remains unchanged, even where the combined value of eligible appliances exceeds 30% of the total Outdoor Kitchen order.
4.5. The 10% discount applies only to the eligible appliances listed in Clause 4.1 and does not apply to the remaining components or overall value of the Outdoor Kitchen.
4.6. All other Outdoor Kitchen components remain excluded from the promotion and will be charged at their applicable regular prices.
5. Payment Requirements for All Other Eligible Products
5.1. All eligible products purchased separately from an Outdoor Kitchen order must be paid in full during the promotional period to qualify for the 10% discount.
5.2. This requirement applies to eligible products regardless of their stock status, including:
- Products currently available in-store
- Products temporarily out of stock
- Products on backorder
- Products requiring a special order
- Products awaiting future delivery
5.3. Full payment during the promotional period secures the promotional price for eligible products, including those not immediately available.
5.4. Payment in full does not guarantee immediate product availability or alter any applicable lead times or delivery arrangements.
5.5. Deposits, partial payments or unpaid orders for products purchased separately from an Outdoor Kitchen will not qualify for the promotional discount.
6. Product Availability and Delivery
6.1. Product availability may vary between participating stores.
6.2. Eligible products that are not currently in stock may be purchased at the promotional price, provided full payment is received during the promotional period and the order is accepted by The Outdoor Chef.
6.3. Customers purchasing out-of-stock, backordered or specially ordered products will be advised of applicable delivery or collection arrangements and available estimated timeframes.
6.4. Any estimated delivery or collection timeframe is subject to change. Customers will be informed of material changes in accordance with applicable consumer law.
6.5. Orders remain subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law rights, including rights relating to non-supply, delayed supply and consumer guarantees.
7. Discount Conditions
7.1. The 10% discount applies only to eligible products and purchases that satisfy these Terms & Conditions.
7.2. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional offers, special pricing or coupons.
7.3. Products already subject to a discounted, sale or clearance price are not eligible for an additional 10% reduction.
7.4. The discount is not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to a separate purchase outside the promotional period.
8. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights
8.1. All purchases made during the promotion remain subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
8.2. Customers retain all applicable statutory consumer guarantees, including rights to remedies such as repair, replacement or refund where required by law.
8.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.
8.4. Any applicable store returns or change-of-mind policy operates in addition to, and does not replace, customers’ statutory rights.
9. Changes to the Promotion
9.1. The Outdoor Chef reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
9.2. Any changes will not affect customers’ existing statutory rights or valid promotional purchases already accepted by The Outdoor Chef.
9.3. Any changes to the promotion will be communicated appropriately to customers.
10. General Conditions
10.1. By participating in the promotion, customers acknowledge the applicable promotional conditions, without limiting their statutory consumer rights.
10.2. All prices and discounts are expressed in Australian dollars (AUD).
10.3. The promotion applies exclusively to eligible purchases made at participating The Outdoor Chef stores during the advertised promotional period.
10.4. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
10.5. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and mandatory provisions of the Australian Consumer Law, the applicable law will prevail.
